Most batches take between 20 to 40 hours depending on the moisture content of the food and the thickness of the slices.
What are your shipping and delivery options?
We offer standard freight shipping for all freeze dryer units. Due to the size and weight, items are delivered via lift-gate service to your curbside or driveway.
Do you offer financing for large equipment purchases?
Yes, we partner with several financing providers to offer monthly payment plans. You can select the financing option during the checkout process.
What is the warranty period for Harvest Right machines?
Every new freeze dryer comes with a limited 3-year warranty that covers the full unit for the first year and the sealed refrigeration system for the following two years.
Can I return my unit if I change my mind?
We accept returns on unused equipment within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
What maintenance is required for the vacuum pump?
Standard oil pumps require an oil change after every 5 to 10 batches to ensure optimal performance. We also offer oil-free pump options for lower maintenance.
