At Harvest Right, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your home freeze dryer purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery subject to a restocking fee and shipping costs.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the unit and all original accessories in the original factory packaging to ensure the product is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality and completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
